You Gotta Have Friends and an Apron...

Edit: This project won the Embossed Tag Challenge at The Cuttlebug Spot!

Hi again...Just one more project before I head on vacation...It's an apron template challenge over at Just Us Girls #39...Bookmarks or tags at Meljen's Challenge #13...Simon Says Challenge says You Gotta Have Friends...the Cuttlebug Spot wants us to emboss tags...and finally, the Sweet Stampin Challenge #32 is a color challenge with brown, blue and green...whew! That's a lot of challenges all rolled into one, but here it is!

I started with the great template that the girls over at JUGS shared with us. Then I embossed some Bazzill whirlpool blue with my new Spellbinders Flourish Impressabilities and spritzed it with Tattered Angels Pearl. I decorated the front of the apron with some chocolate brown Bazzill, some green dp and a friend definition stamp by Rubber Stampede.

The inside tag is embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots and edged with Martha Stewart's embossed zigzag edge punch. The sentiment is from Hero Arts Great Flourishes Messages set....which is quickly becoming one of my favorite go to sets stamped on Bazzill French Vanilla. The ribbon on the tag is from American Crafts and the ribbon on the neck and waist strings is from a spool of Sweet Petites ribbon. I used my Cropadile and some brown eyelets for the waistline ribbon!

I finished it all off with some Prima flowers, Recollections pearls and all the papers are edged and stamped with ColorBox Chestnut Roan.

I really hope you like it...if so, please leave a comment! I love to get feedback!
