A nice little note...
Hello - time for another JustRite Friday Challenge. This week's challenge #26 is to creat a shaped card under 4 inches! It's sponsored by Spellbinders and of course, they make great shapes for cards. I'm also entering it in the Meljen's Challenge #15 called Circles Galore!
I used the Spellbinders Fleur de Lis shape for my card. I cut it out and then mounted it on ivory cardstock so the beautiful pattern shows and to give the card some substance. I hand cut around my shape then stamped my image and border from JustRite's Kaleidoscope set with purple ink to match. I love this combination of colors of the ivory and purples and they way they compliment each other. I popped up the medallion after cutting them out separately with my Spellbinders Standard Circles Large set. I added a few Queen & Co. pearls and some sheer organdy ribbon...a Prima flower and it's a great little card for someone special!
I hope you like it...Have a great night!
Very elegant! I love the purple pearls and really like the way you set it on the ivory background! Great job!
