Hi there! It's my first Friends of Waltzingmouse Stamps Blog Waltz and this month's theme is Designing with Buttons! You can find all the links to the waltzers in the Waltzingmouse Stamps Forum!Here's my card...
I started with these beautiful shades of purple and aqua in this Memory Box paper set. I stamped the WMS Very Vintage Labels No. 10 on the dp and cut it out using the matching Spellbinders dies. The flourishes in the corners are from the VV Labels No. 10 stamp set too. This sweet little rosebud from the WMS Roses in Bloom set is colored with Copics (although the piccy shows the color a little differently than IRL). It's cut out and popped it up with pop dots. I also popped up the sentiment which is from the Roses set too.
I added my purple silk bow, a few pearls to adorn the corner flourishes and of course, buttons...these are tied with some thin, green silk ribbon knots (they remind me of little leaves)!
