I had so much fun making this card! I started with the Make a Wish set and stamped a couple of swirlies and my sentiment. I colored it in with Copics and added a little gem to the star. Here comes the fun stuff...a ruffly ribbon topped with a white grosgrain ribbon and a row of gems. I covered a chipboard star with my star dp and added these super fun "fireworks" coming out of the top of it!
