You're Simply Amazing...for Viola!

Hi there! Today's card is dedicated to one very special young lady...Viola Mahr! Not only is she an extremely talented card 'artist', but she is also the creator of my new blog design! So, I just wanted to send her a special thank you and tell her...she is Simply Amazing! Her creativity is so very inspiring! She was able to combine all my favorite colors and incorporate the chairs (since I have been in the furniture business for over 17 years). She captured my love of hydrangeas, birdcages and flourishes too! I love every bit of it...it's so very me!

I made this card for the Stamp Something Challenge this week where we are asking for you to use your Favorite Embellishments! Our fabulous sponsor is Sugar Nellie!

Here, I've used this adorable Sugar Nellie image called Fragile Beauty! She is colored with Copics and cut out with a Spellbinders die. These fun pastel papers are from Basic Grey's Euphoria collection...not sure why I was hoarding them!

Here are my favorite embellishments...a spray of beautiful fabric flowers with crystal sprigs and leaves that came all the way from Singapore (thanks to my blog friend Viola), a fun triple layer seam binding bow topped with a BG brad (I dyed the seam binding to match using the same Copics I used to color the image), and some swirls cut with a Marianne die. There's my signature pearls in the corners, but hey, I know what I like! I stamped my JustRite sentiment, cut it out with the same Spellbinders die as the image, popped it up and added a row of my favorite tiny pearls!
