Welcome to the March Taylored Expressions Blast from the Past Blog Hop! Way back in my October post, I used this very same image from TE's Wings of Joy set and I mentioned then that it could be used year round just by covering up the mistletoe at the top of the bird cage...and that's exactly what I did! I stamped my image and added a little color with Copics, then layered up all these coordinating papers to match the cool sketch by Sankari...see it over there on the right!?!Then it was time for the fun stuff...a pretty little mini rose and leaves and some sweet pink pearls to accent my sentiment from the A Year of Sweet Sentiments set. Some more pearls were used as a 'hanger' for my cage. I layered a few die cut felt flowers with a BG brad and a few Sizzix swirls finish it off!

This is just so darling! I love using that birdcage for things other than Christmas! Super cute and I love the little rose detail!
