Here's my card using Sankari's fun sketch...

When I think of birthdays, I think Cupcakes! So, here's one of my all-time faves from TE...For the Love of Cupcakes! Let's start with these fun papers from Three Bugs in a Rug...I just love the colors...perfect for my card! The panel in the center is from the same collection and I paper-pieced the cake plate, cupcake and candle and put them slightly off center so the words would show. I added a little banner colored with Copics to match my background paper, my sentiment cut out with my Spellbinders label dies, a few sparkly gems and a sweet, polka-dotted bow!
