Paper Sweeties September Release - A Special Occasion!

Here's a sweet new set called Life is a Special Occasion!  I cut out the carriage image and layered it up with some sheer ribbon, a pretty purple rose, my sentiment die cut and a few gems. Perfect for any special occasion!
