SCACD Friends With Heart Challenge Debut!

Hi there! Today is a very special day!
Today is the very first challenge at the SCACD Friends With Heart Challenge!

This very sweet image is an Elisabeth Bell for SCACD exclusive. She's called Day Dreaming and I had the best time coloring her at a little stamping get together last month! I usually pick out my paper first then color, but this worked out because I just knew I loved the colors I used and had something at home just waiting to pair up with it! And that I did...these papers are from K & Co. and matched perfectly!

I used my Copics to color my image and then rounded the corners, inked the edges with some Tattered Rose Ranger Distress ink, cut out a Spellbinders lacey squares shape with a pretty pink dp and added some pink pearls to the corners. Then comes the fun part...a spray of leaves and roses, some shabby seam binding from Deb's Simple Treasures Etsy shop all tied up in a pretty little bow and a sweet sentiment from Taylored Expressions topped with more tiny pearls.
